SnowDeac
What a fun day it would be to be out on the northern Outer Banks. Spent a ton of time in Corolla, but never in the winter. Great place. http://visitob.com/webcams/corolla-light-resort-beach-webcam
Solak
4/10" on the board. About what we expected around here.
RevDodd
For those wondering, the system over-performed from a moisture standpoint. FAY picked up about .2 inches total, which would have made a nice little snowfall. Alas, conditions never quite came together here.
SteveVa
Light dusting so far. Moderate snow, temp down to 29.

WNCwx
We got a quick half inch to a little over an inch depending on elevation in Macon County this morning and it was mostly gone by 2 pm. Here's a time lapse I made of a run from Dillsboro to Franklin.

SnowDeac
Thanks! That's really cool to see it snowing at the beach! Sure. It's ripping out there. Looks like they'll get a few more hours of at least moderate rates as well, assuming it stays all snow.
downeastnc
Maybe a inch total, mixed with to much sleet and the rates were not good enough a lot of the time to keep it all snow, when it did though it was pretty heavy snow....now I guess we wait and see if we can squeeze a front end thump out of monday.... Jet Stream Rider
I went back out and was able to observe a couple dozen more very tiny flakes. It was not enough to be called a flurry, but I believe that now brings my total slightly above the 11 flakes observed in Hillsborough. Great to see the points east out to the beach catch some snow this time.
SteveVa
Really coming down now, borderline heavy snow. Visibility 1/4 mile. 27, getting close to 1" on elevated surfaces
