tonmo
...watching this for a 7:30am flight out of PHL, tomorrow morning. Any thoughts yet on how things will be there, at that time?
Hurricane Agnes
Is it just me or is the coastal flooding aspect a little worst than expected so far? Seems like widespread moderate occurred already...and only widespread minor was expected this morning.. Many were very close to hitting Major as well. (shark river at belmar, etc) New moon. JTA66
As difficult of a forecast as this has been, the models have been somewhat consistent in suggesting the M/D line is the hot spot.

GD0815
It's a crazy NAM run nothing else remotely shows a second inverted trough max occurring the idea has been on other models, look at the ukmet today
RedSky
Not even technically an inverted trough snow we get on the NAM it's a quickly developing coastal hugging low wrap around DC gets crushed with the inverted trough lol

Fields27
Mt' Holly's updated snow fall map. I'd certainly take it. Seems like such a strange setup with this "event." I'm not expecting too much honestly, but obviously hoping for the best!

GD0815
I would use the mesoscale models instead of euro and gfs lol, especially when they are better for your area. the euro and gfs score well a day out, and should not be discounted
JTA66
It looks like the GFS doesn't have the low off the Delmarva like the NAM. Hence the lower qpf here.
