Typhoon Tip
22.6/20 - Very Heavy Snow. Interesting to note: There has been a 2 degree increase in temp and dew point in the last 10 minutes as this band has really increased in intensity overhead. By the way - Not sure is meant by 'lightning up' but the echoes have gotten heavier and the snow intensity has increased further here. Flakes are the biggest they've been since the start of the storm and visibility is consistently below 1/4 mile. yeah, that band may actually be a reflection of where a coastal boundary is punched into the cold interior air. Connecticut Appleman
Looks like it stops over Windham County if mesos are right. The one Over HFD Cty should pivot west and then fill back in and slide east Hope you are right. Just barely over a dusting here - wouldn't mind an hour or two of moderate snow. How much do you have?

OSUmetstud
awesome for a single storm to deliver a blizzard from cape cod through nova scotia all the way to st. john's. The importance of a strong high to the north cannot be overstated.
SR Airglow
Down to SN- in Roxbury as we sit between the big band to the west and a smaller one over Scooter's neck of the woods. NScitRIWX
Snowing moderately here in North Scituate, around 4 inches OTG. Contrary to the constant posts, I am not seeing the RI snow hole at all in this storm compared to the March 2013 nightmare. That was literally a force field that even stopped snow in Foster / Glocester! I see the whole SE of PVD - Taunton - Fall River hole, but not over the majority of central RI from Coventry - Scituate - Smithfield points west to Killingly CT. We have had some of the most consistent snow and banding throughout the morning.
