This is the first time I can remember in a strong CAA setup where we had a shot at 0 that we were undercutting the MOS guidance this much, usually we are high i remember that nyc got to 3 above at 9 pm but then the wind became west and we only got down to 2...a northerly wind will help...this was many year ago i think 2004 when we had the last best chance at getting to below zero...
