June 1997 and June 2015 were great examples. During the winter, they aren't. The differing wave lengths probably have a lot to do with that. In addition, I fell th the increased blocking was caused by global warming and a strong snow pack buildup over Serbia (SAI) in October. Help make the winter different from the regular super El.
