mitchnick
WxBell only out to 138 hrs., but I see a nice little vort moving east in Southern Canada which should act to reinforce the cold. Sorta reminds me of 1/22.....sorta
needbiggerboat
I just sold my snowblower a few hours ago on eBay upon DCT's analysis. Guess I might need to get another one.
psuhoffman
.5 qpf runs York pa to just south of hgr to snowshoe wv. .75 bwi to leesburgh to Winchester then south along the wv line. Qpf Max is by Roanoke 1.75.

Bob Chill
Surface is a bit warm 95 east. Qpf is decent. Hard to tell with the low res maps but best guess about .75 dc to Balt. Less nw but better temps. You would end up with the most accumulation based on temp maps even though more falls se. Freezing line makes it to me but not DC-east. Sloppy storm. Heisy
How that piece N of the Lakes interacts with the low will play a major role. Also it would be nice if we could get a big closed off ULL East of us to kind of 'manufacture' its own cold air.

Almost has me rooting to not get snow......nope I'd rather eat my words and get a nice storm. who knows what will happen but your original call of stick a fork in it would still be where I would put my chips if I was using real money to bet on the outcome like at a casino where they had a big weather wheel...I might throw a chip on the snowflake but most would go on the sad face
Wonderdog
Plenty of time for it to come a little more north.
ryanconway63
Great Track but showing pressure above 1000 isnt going to cut it. If storm were to get down to 995 or below it would really bring in plenty of cold air. Per the Euro the actual track couldnt be much better.
