For sure. Has any system acted "somewhat normal" this winter? I am about done with this "winter".

Sorry guys...I try really hard not to rant...if you want synoptic snow though, DON'T move to West Michigan. You rely on the lake for just about everything. Anyways....

Some very interesting temperature differences across the midwest today.

The whole lakeshore from Burlington to Toronto does well on that model. RGEM has been hinting at something similar too. I'm in pure nowcast mode with this storm. Models have bounced around too much to be useful.

Definitely a nowcasting event.  One of the more interesting/unique ones I have watched as well.

Welcome to the winter storm Nacio lmao. TWC cracks me up anymore.

Seriously?! They named this low. Must be getting desperate in this pattern.

Better yet...why did they pick a Spanish name for a low affecting Canada and the U.S.? They must want to draw in as many Mexican consumers as possible....

We are struggling big time here in Cleveland getting anything to stick. Have had close to 0.40" liquid equivalent fall in the form of snow and moderate snow with half mile and quarter mile visibility for most of the day but accums remain about an inch on grassy surfaces only.

Par for the course this winter!
