OHweather
I've been in a local sucker hole since 10PM or so and temps are still sitting at 33F, so we're only around an inch. Banding doesn't look to move a ton for the next several hours so all I can do is hope the hole fills at some point. The huge aggregates that fell earlier were satisfying even if I somehow struggle to get 2"
OHweather
I'll go out in a little bit to look, but we've been under good banding since about 2AM and ratios have improved some. We should easily be past 2" and still snowing good.
OHweather
3.1", still snowing. May actually get 4 or so
OHweather
Hey there's the warning for Athens. Snow rates are averaging half an inch per hour. Short fused models don't move the forcing for at least a few hours so another 2-3" seems doable which would push us to 5-6". Unbelievable. I can't complain again this winter
OHweather
Morning classes cancelled. I officially can't complain about not getting snow until maybe late December. Almost 4" now and still snowing. We're pretty much at our seasonal average in Athens now.

dmc76
Surprising 2.5" Actually not that surprised. You can tell this area was going to over achieve last night. I wonder how much the thumb got. Radar was booming there last night.

snowstormcanuck
Exeter radar loop is great right now, with the low spinning just over Huron. http://weather.gc.ca/radar/index_e.html?id=WSO Still spinning in the same basic location. Looks like we've picked up 1-2".

hm8
Didn't expect to wake up to a WWA for 3-6" here (Oakland County). Will probably end up on the low side if that, but looks like about 1.5" down so far.

Will probably end up on the low side if that, but looks like about 1.5" down so far. As temps drop off a bit more today. It will start collecting better. This snow is not going anywhere so shouldn't be a huge deal to get in that range (3-6") even for southern Oakland.
