USCAPEWEATHERAF
We have lightning and precip blossoming to the south of SNE. WV imagery suggests this as well.
Bostonseminole
We have lightning and precip blossoming to the south of SNE. USCAPEWEATHERAF
I would suggest to say it was not modeled and could favor eastern SNE

USCAPEWEATHERAF
Precip developing south of the region, could consolidate into a deformation band northeast of the surface low with a zone of 3-6" along the South Coast of SNE
SouthCoastMA
Precip developing south of the region, could consolidate into a deformation band northeast of the surface low with a zone of 3-6" along the South Coast of SNE low probability at this point, but I hope it pans out. TalcottWx
9z HRRR is really bullish mid afternoon for eastern SNE. 9z RAP not as much. 9z HRRR is basically like the 4k NAM but the echos don't weaken like the NAM. WRF BTV sort of looks like the 4k NAM to me. So HRRR island for a burst of heavy snow mid afternoon. Meh.

TalcottWx
squalls look very possible and could be briefly intense Yeah, there are certainly steep lapse rates. Looks pretty localized unfortunately. At least in this area. RGEM likes you and into RI. See the little weenie qpf max?
TalcottWx
It's funny. Daytime heating will actually increase the intensity of potential squalls. Basically a summer time thunderstorm setup.

Norluns have a specific set of criteria, which probably isn't being met here. That stuff east of ACY, maybe, but even that's forecast to become progressive with time. But inverted trough look, sure.
