actually I was wondering how much snow you had 2-14 on, you know the period I was liking. Your post was Jan 30th busting my balls.

 

Ha I'll have to go back and look at those threads.  Looks like we did about average with 60" of snow for Feb/Mar/Apr in 2014.

 

I still distinctly remember a couple model runs around Christmas that year that showed 4-5 rainstorms and both of us got into it a bit about that....and then we got 4-5 rainstorms in a row.  lol I'm going to look for that transaction.

I remember that well but by Jan 30th the pattern had flipped globally but you were stuck in Jan recent confirmation bias

2.0" snow 1.0" ice on the ground today, down from a whopping 4.5" total a couple weeks ago here in SE VT. I have no idea what norm is at this stage, but since living here (Rockingham, 800' above the ct river) my driveway snow piles are typically 6ft high and I've burned almost 3 cords. We've consumed only about 1.5 cords and the snow plies are um, barely there. The year of the winter-less winter...
