Baltimore might jack the rest of the day. Betting bwi still breaks 20"

The problem is BWI sat in the Dry slot for a while..while the city got pounded pretty much all day.  BWI is about 8 miles south of the city.  I have a bunch of friends in Baltimore and they are measuring 16-20.

The sim radar doesn't inspire much confidence.  Has the band sort of just decaying in place and we get a pity band at the end.

i think to the west it'll start drying up, but seems like the focus from here on out will dc and east.  i mean, i'm not saying there's going to be another 10", but i think 4-6" is doable.  we'll see, idk.

Was really hoping for DCA to hit 20. I knew even if things worked out, it wouldn't break the 28 inch record as low temp and snowfall records at national are almost impossible given its location. There's still a chance of a couple more inches though. Maybe 17 inches? That's not bad.
