Hoth
Yep, I've called it. Really needed that quick blossom around 45 minutes ago to edge 22". Congrats on 2'. I'm just going to use this logic to tell myself that 24 actually fell to the ground. Glad to see you went to Condition 0.

MidlothianWX
My final storm total just outside of Richmond is 16". Looking through spotter reports it seems that most in the metro area received 14-18". This certainly makes up for our near misses back in Dec. 2009 and Feb. 2010. What an event to remember for all of VA and MD!

Hank Scorpio
Just got in from a nice lengthy jebwalk. Gorgeous out there. My neighborhood experienced some really impressive drifting. My street runs North-South, so the wind was just blasting right down the street all day. I'm guessing the design of the set of townhouses has something to do with it, but there are some legit 6 to 9 foot drifts in my neighbors driveways. No cars under those piles, that's just all drifted snow... almost all the way to the top of the garage doors. Even in other places in the neighborhood, I noticed a lot of 4-6 foot drifts. I'll throw some pictures into the photo thread a bit later. What a storm...
Kingstonian
Down to flurries, so I went out for an end of storm measurement at 11pm, and was pleasantly surprised to have gained a final inch over the last four hours. Winds had really died down so it was a much easier measurement, consistent across my snow board locations. Final storm total, SSW Franconia/Kingstowne: 25.0 inches
haudidoody
Came to about 19 inches in northwest part of Old Town, but I have no confidence in that number at all. Measured at the end. This keeps Feb 2010 well ahead.

ers-wxman1
Thanks, guys. Rereading my post I have to admit I got choked up a bit. We run through life trying to solve all these problems--problems at work, problems at home, problems we can't possibly solve, and we often forget about the amazing things that happen all around us. My dad's health has gotten a lot worse right at the time that I'm thinking about having a family, and you look at the world a different way I guess. Time is precious no matter how old you are. You have to enjoy it. I've enjoyed the pbp, predictable panic, radar watching, and sharing my love of weather with all of you. Hell, I even enjoy the people who annoy the heck out of some of us. To share this stuff with people who care as much as I do is special. First order of business when I have kids is to get them on board with loving weather I appreciate you! Thanks for sharing that.
