bmorelights
There's a rabbit sheltering under my shed. He's been coming out every hour or so to look around. Must be a weenie.
snowfan
Is that a midnight deadline? No way in hell BWI only had 3.7. I'm about 9 miles south and have more than double that. DCA: 6.5 IAD: 7.2 BWI: 3.7" Per the nightly climo report.
MacintoshPro
Approaching 10" here. I picked up 1-1.5" in this band alone.
biodhokie
Just got done walking around downtown Silver Spring, ~8.5-9.0" (spot accumulation, so...grain of salt?) still hard to measure with the winds. Drifts are hitting 1'. Didn't see any dendrites until basically I finished my circuit. Will post pictures in the picture thread.

Yeah, it was the daily climo report. Did seem low to me also. They only had 1.6" at 7pm, but I have a hard time thinking they only had 2" over the next 5 hours. Ginx snewx
Incredible night, congrats to all. Not surprised at the graupel sleet reports right before the mega band, pretty common occurrence, thunder snow probably near or will occur shortly. Super happy for you. 87storms
This is the type of band that no matter where you live you'd admit that it's heavy. If you're gonna get a hecs these are the rates you want.
