canderson
Looking at radar, what's that huge dry air intrusion? Is that a natural spot for air to siphon to before it starts bombing out?
paweather
Looking at radar, what's that huge dry air intrusion? Is that a natural spot for air to siphon to before it starts bombing out? That will fill in, as the coastal gets in gear....No worries here might be more south of here. The NAM was on to something and stayed the course. jm1220
Wow, if you believe the NAM it could go from 7-8" in State College to 20+" in Lewistown or just SE of there. That's one insane band that sets up from Harrisburg and I-76 to 30-40 miles north from there.

kerplunk
Hmmm... heavier precip has been having trouble making it past about 6 miles to my south for the last half hour. Looked really promising earlier, but am now having doubts about previous thought that the gradient wasn't going to set up here. Just measured .5" with moderate snow.
