rcad1
Final Call North of I-84 1-3" Between I-84 and I-80 4-14". Obviously amounts increasing as you move Southward. Down towards Somerset-Princeton-Trenton Area - 14-20" Eastward towards New Brunswick/Edison Area. 12-18" NYC 10-14" Westchester and surrounding areas 6-10" North Shore of LI - 6-12" South Shore of LI - 8-14" Monmouth area - 8-14" Just a question I was wondering why you think NYC gets 10-14 and Long Island is 6-14 from north to south. Just curious to why you think long island might get less.
RU848789
Flurries just started in East Brunswick Cool - I predicted a 7-8 pm start for Metuchen, so maybe we can make it, lol. Going to be a fun 24 hours or so. How long until we see our first "storm cancel" post when someone down the shore gets an ice pellet, or someone else sees light snow for an hour? nightknights
Probably because since Christie has been in office all he does is declare statea of emergencies. I think he wants to see this pan out first
rickwx1006
Snowing moderately in Jackson NJ (near Six Flags). Began about 7:00. Currently 24.4 degrees with about an inch of snow on our deck.
brooklynwx99
I think that totals should be raised just to show the public how serious this storm could really be. 15-20"+ with tropical storm force winds is not what most people are thinking right now. I have a feeling that this will catch many people by surprise.
