MacChump
I'll believe it when I see it. this is agonizing and every hour that passes I don't think it will happen, or it will weaken and just give us a couple inches.be there soon!
wederwarrior
That death metal band was crazy, almost 5.5" in an hour. Still getting dumped on.
Hurricane Agnes
I am ecstatic for those who storm after storm got screwed, but are now cashing in finally. But you can see the complete screw zone that set up over the city - The snow intensity ticked up just a bit as the band is being fined tuned to skirt the city border. Temp is 27.3F Winds have slacked off a bit - generally 10 - 20 mph sustained.

Kicking Up A Storm
1996 falls into myth. We now have a new reference. For the next 20 years, every winter we'll say "I wonder if this storm can rival the Blizzard of 2016." Incredible!

For the next 20 years, every winter we'll say "I wonder if this storm can rival the Blizzard of 2016." Incredible! I would have to record over 30 inches to send 1996 into myth and I'm not sure there is 8inches left in this storm.

stemwinder
insane outside While I was on the phone, the lull occurred, here in W Windsor, right by Princeton. After about a half hour, it seems to be resuming, but so far is less intense. How will I get the chest-high snow off my deck? Maybe just let the sun do its work, as the days pass. Hurricane Agnes
That deathband just north and west of me is finally drifting over MBY. Vis down to about 1/2 mile But what is notable is that the temps are slowly dropping with it too - down to 26F. Winds have shifted and are coming out of the NNE. Ralph Wiggum
Larger flakes in Warminster now. Moderate snow. Picked up another inch since last measurement at 2:45pm. Have an even 26" of snow currently. Waiting on heavier portion of deformation band to swing thru hopefully before shrinking and/or diminishing. I lived in Southeast Delco during the 96 Blizzard....a stone's throw from Philly International. Not sure I will be able to pickup an additional 4.8" here in Warminster tonight to make this my top storm or not. Going to be close! Oh, and the wind is starting to whip around again. Spagolli94
Still flurriea in penndel lol Nothing here is the city, either. Waiting for that band to get here is agonizing. I'm half tempted to drive 15 miles west so I can enjoy the storm. But I'm too lazy to shovel my car out. haha
