SlantStickers Anonymous
Just flurries here. Looked like a blizzard in Salem on the ocean......rt 128 N was slowww.....got off in Reading, still good snow.....then as I neared the Wilmington line, it lightened......then by the time I had gotten hime, just a light coating with flurries. Oh well......more action to come this season. Your beloved north shore CJ?

USCAPEWEATHERAF
Right now the bands are reenergizing to the southeast of CHH. They are moving east to west and producing still 2-3"/hour. I have 9.0" on the ground now.

DavisStraight
That kind of rate would be highly unusual. I got 6 inches in an hour during the Feb 13 blizzard. Had 12 inches in 3 hours.
Nikoss427
Nice..welcome to the board. There's now 4 of us on the board.None of us know each other than we found each other on here. Although one of them hasn't posted for awhile.. I'm a couple miles NW of 84 at about 1,000 feet. Thanks, it's becoming an addiction lately! Sounds like you're around where my brother lives. Hopefully I'll learn a thing or two on here! My inner child that used to fall asleep watching TWC feels at home here.

RIcoastalWX
30.8/28 Heavy Snow - Blowing Snow. 13" No power now in extreme SE Westerly and S Charlestown No doubt due to the snow which has become wet in the last hour. Temps slowly creeping up here - snow has become wet and plastered to everything. Temps just to the west have been falling quickly during the same period. Might be a front of some sort setting up. OceanStWx
OKX is going full weenie right now. JFK at 26.0" at 6 PM, after measuring at 1 and 4 too. Central Park should have no problem breaking the record if they're going to measure every hour.

Damage In Tolland
Returns looking better up there, any ground truth? It's been moderate for last 90 minutes..Sort of wringing it out over the hills. DFCIAF
BOX is asleep at the wheel. 2-3" in BOS? 2" this past 45 mins. Yup. Out and about in the back bay. Pouring snow right now. Was inside from 5pm to 5:45idh and we got an easy 2" during that time.
OceanStWx
Good they just clarified that those are snow depths from the SNINCR remarks, not official measurements. But of course, if you reports them in NWSChat they pretty much become official.
Hoth
Holy Sh*t 23 in Cambridge and 31F in the back bay That's no BS either.
