Either the NAM will be praised for all time come tomorrow night or people will never look at it again. 

Even though the NAM is very likely overdone with its amounts, it led the way in showing the north trend last night. It did a good job there at least. And a moisture laden, El Nino-connected system like this will produce huge snow amounts somewhere. 

 

NAM won this round over the RGEM, for sure. When I saw the RGEM stay paltry last night, I pretty much threw the NAM out.
