He's not the only forecaster for Sanitation. Old employer of mine has a contract with them too.

Lee Goldberg is closer to reality.

9-15" still indicates to anyone with any common sense an extremely dangerous storm.    The "Mayor Lindsay" storm of February 9, 1969 was 15" (supposedly though many think a bit higher).

* LOCATIONS...SOUTHERN WESTCHESTER COUNTY IN NEW YORK.

 

Same upgrade for coastal areas of southern CT.
