A cardinal perched himself up on a branch in the middle of the storm.  Really lucky I caught this because it flew away seconds later.

Quality is sort of lowered because of the screen, though.

My pup is not enjoying the storm as much as me...all of his favorite spots are blocked by drifts deeper than his shoulders.  (Taken before the rates picked up.)

Drifts and snow blowing off the roof have the snow up to the bottom of our patio table/waist deep.

Yeah thats when it was ripping here. I will remember this storm in 2 parts- the great front end thump, then the massive dead zone that developed as the cold conveyor got going. It really just stayed in place and puked snow for hours, but just to the east was a huge dry slot/subsidence zone.
