DDweatherman
Dundalk, MD 11:15 measuring 4.75-5.25" in locations. Visibility definitely below 1/4 mile and its ripping. Rates around 1-1.5 in/hr right now with the gusts really blowing.
Bob Chill
It's come north pretty well. I was a bit surprised how close it is but I never looked that hard since DCA was almost always all snow on runs. I've sorta expected to get some sleet with this one even in my yard. HtripleR and Nam 4k have shown it west of the bay. Doesn't take much to make it further west. I don't stress about sleet as long as I know I go back to snow at some point. FEB 2014 kinda sucked after the flip. Thankfully that shouldn't be the case here.

JonathanW
About 8", Montgomery Village, 11:30pm. Regarding the sleet: we knew there would be mixed periods. Looking at the models that showed absolute snow holocausts where I live, predicted soundings from the same models nonetheless also predicted periods of sleet/mixed. It's not over until it's over.
