I lulled for a while after hitting 3". Just took a bunch of measurements and a uniform 3.5" everywhere. Really starting to come down again. Looks like Wes is about to get into the goods too

We should hopefully continue to be in lockstep with me a hair less than you throughout the storm. If you start to pull away from me that's when I'll start to become an angry astronomer :P

I'm really jealous for you guys... the latest HRRR run basically shows the dream scenario for DC and DC suburbs where an intense frontogenetical band sets up and pivots right over KIAD and points SW-NE. Easy to see where its 20" inch amounts are coming from the next 15 hours.

yes...I edited...that is a 6:52 reading ...I measured 3.0" at 6:45...so pretty good so far

Awesome! It's really pretty outside - the countless nights of tracking for everyone really paying off. Tho I'm sure we'll get the "omg radar looks like it's drying up posts soon"
