JayCee
My snow cake is getting bigger and bigger. Might be close to 13 inches as it hasn't stopped snowing all day and I measured 12 about 4 hours ago. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk Wowzers. Amazing snow pile. Whitehouse is all white tonight. ShawnEastTN
Yes, I noticed the strength of the radar returns aren't crazy impressive as earlier, but they are also in no hurry to move out. Looks like an all night light snow. with an all night light snow with moderate spurts off an on all night we might be able to hit MRX totals. Stovepipe
Nice gusty light to moderate snow, I'll take it! Seems pretty steady, I like the radar. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Jed33
Have picked up about an inch here this evening. If I can get one more, it'll be on the low end, but the original numbers that MRX had me in at the beginning of yesterday. Radar still shows some ok returns, but it is looking rather ragged. I wish it would fill in, but I'm just not sure that's in the cards with this one. I can't complain, as I still had close to 2in of slop in the yard. This has firmed that up, and closed in the gaps again, making it nice looking again. This storm definitely performed for the Midstate. Happy for you guys over there. Hate it for the W TN guys around Memphis, but maybe you'll get yours before the winter is up.

John1122
Light snow will rotate through all night long with embedded heavier bands. You can see that they still stretch all the way back to Clarksville.

Blue Ridge
Steady light snow FINALLY in north JC... I have achieved a dusting!! Poured quarter-size flakes in downtown for roughly 15 mins. Nearing a full hour of at least light snow. Added 1" to the 2-3" that was leftover from Wednesday.

1234snow
I've picked up around 2 inches this evening after the longest dryslot ever. I'm not sure what the depth of the snow is because I just measured on the deck where a spot had melted earlier.
Silas Lang
Pouring fine snow here. Some dry diamond like flakes. Getting some nice gusts of white now and then.
Daniel Boone
That primary hanging on stronger than progged to our sw really bumped up totals in mid tn and hurt totals in east tn as it help pump up 850's up the great valley.

Olhausen
Snow is finally tapering off and I finished with a little over 12.5 inches. Very impressed and did not expect near this much. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
1234snow
What's your daily total ? I had 3 inches from the Wednesday storm. About half of that melted yesterday. After the snow thump early this morning I had around 7-7.5 on the ground. Now after this evenings snow I have an average base of around 9. So I've had around 1.5 this evening. I thought it was closer to 2 when I measured on the deck but I think I got some of the earlier snow. So I would say today's total was 7.5 inches. I had 6 this morning and around 1.5 this evening so far. I'm not sure how much of it melted today because we had some sun for a lot of the day. That warm nose along with downsloping ene off high knob really hurt Lee county this morning. We got almost 5 from the Wednesday storm. 3" total this storm so far. We didn't have any sun today though. This morning was wild. We had freezing rain and sleet for 3 hours and then the wall of snow hit and it snowed really hard for another 3 hours. Channel 11 had an accumulation map and the totals went down drastically across the state line. Duffield looked like they didn't get much either as well as Lee County. That is very unusual. Normally y'all get plastered. We got very lucky this morning. It was close.
Daniel Boone
Apparently, that wall of snow u all got just missed us to the east then. I was told by a buddy that it turned over and snowed hard here around 5-5:30 this morning but, didn't last very long.
John1122
I'd love to see how much that snow band over NE Central Tennessee has dropped. It's literally sat there for 2-3 hours with 20-25 dbz returns.

John1122
The low is basically stalled right over top of us, which is giving Kentucky and that arc into North Middle constant wrap around.
John1122
Though it's not on radar at all, I'm getting quite a bit of N/NW flow snow. Visibility is about 3/4ths of a mile and I've gotten an additional inch of very fluffy snow since around midnight.
