If it starts ripping snow tonight/tomorrow, I'll bite. But the blizzard bust last year ruined any advance excitement for these storms, particularly when you are on the fringe, and so much can go wrong (as NYC is here). SnoSki14 Posted January 22, 2016 Share Posted January 22, 2016 I'm predicting this storm over performs by up to 6" for most. There will be a large swath of 20"+ totals in NJ and some 2'+ spots. This storm looks spectacular and even though it may not be the biggest storm snowfall wise for us, it will still be a top 5 winter storm of all time. Especially being this close I think we should be good! Very excited for this storm. Let the nam verify and I won't ask for anymore snow for the winter.
