Interstate
Well seems all is good until the 18z runs. That is why we dont need 18z runs... we need breaks... this is worse than my full time job. Soon we will have another model to look at, so we get even less sleep

Soon we will have another model to look at, so we get even less sleep With the GFS para, we get an off-off-run to analyze as well. Wait until we're within 84 hours and people start reaching for the NAM and SREFs too, then within a day we've got the HOURLY HRRR and RAP. It will legit be nonstop model watching; at least by then, ensembles get tossed to the side. I'm exhausted.

aldie 22
I'm now rooting for the parallel Euro to show something similar to what it showed at 00z. I guess we will find out on Wednesday what it says

ravensrule
My son's due date was February 8, 2010. I was the only guy in the neighborhood out shoveling during the storm. He ended up being born on the 14th. I'm smart i plan ahead. All 5 of my kids were born in the spring and summer.

Maestrobjwa
For me, this is where snow greed sets in, lol Central MD is always on the edge....So I suppose I wanna root for the low to co.e a bit more east to put Baltimore in the bullseye range! (but of course, 20 inches will still be a very nice consolation prize!!! Ah dang it...snow greed!

Kat
Euro is less snow than the previous run for DC, south and east into southern MD. Nobody seems concerned since it's still a great run, but we lost a little of our margin of error. Obviously fine details can't be taken verbatim yet. Kmlwx
We seem to be the only place that cares, AccuWeather has them all over the place. It's probably about not wanting to be the site that gets the euro more restricted. If it's "all over AccuWeather" why not just go over there to get them? And as Ian said - they are all over Twitter and social media regardless.
