Yes, my bigger point though is that there is a drop in qpf on several model outputs (incl the JMA) that sits over extreme ne MD, n DE and extreme se PA. why is that? Because the models think the best banding sets up shop down in Virginia or central Maryland. Even with that drop in QPF Philly could see around 15" or a little more if things go better.
