IsentropicLift
The nam is so far north it dry slots Phl and a good amount of jersey. Best banding in Northern nj ct and lower Hudson valley Yup, that's what happens when the mid-level centers hug the coast. Better for us, worse for areas further South. ILoveWinter
Either the NAM is even a worse model than we thought or it has spotted an inevitable northward trend thereby scoring a huge coup.

Drz1111
Don't fall for it, guys... NAM's gon' Lucy us. It is still interesting, though . . . the higher the resolution the model, the further north it comes.
Brian5671
this model needs to be blown up. Just ridiculous. 0z will show Philly missing the storm to its south....
IsentropicLift
I'm sure it will come up. you can see here that it still eventually has that secondary surface low but it's much weaker and further NE

donsutherland1
Still pouring snow in this frame. Brought tears to my eyes. As impressive as this run is, I'd be a lot more comfortable if the RGEM and the globals move into agreement on higher amounts. The NAM is known for bringing tears and breaking hearts. I'll be looking forward to tonight's runs.
BxEngine
I cant delete enthusiasm as much as the whiny banter, cuz i have a heart. But try to keep it together guys, its still just the NAM.

Rtd208
If only the NAM was going to be right, can you imagine if it winds up being? I think this run is a little to extreme but overall it still likes the further north theme before pulling east. I still like 12" for the NYC metro as an average, a little less further north a little more further south.

jm1220
As nice as the NAM looked, it's very hard to give it weight until other models come towards it. We've all seen crazy NAM runs.
