mahk_webstah
It does look to me though that there is some kind of pivot or deformation band that wants to set up from western Maine towards central nh

powderfreak
Deformation setting up in eastern NY? Looks like western MA gets screwed on qpf. Less rain for us; the drought continues. Wait for it... HRRR has that shifting east and going to town over the Berks and ORH Hills. It goes to town so much that it robs moisture from further up in Maine. This is through 8pm tonight:
moneypitmike
On the plus side, the glacier is trying to weather the storm (precip has really lightened up). I'm sure it's more slush than ice at this point. But perhaps it will refreeze. I hate this winter.....
Logan11
Well this is sap snow and marginal like something you'd expect on March 30th and not January 16th, but I take anything this winter. 6.5" total season to date.
