CAPE
This threat is what we thought it was. A chance of flurries/light snow, maybe a dusting. Pretty much what my updated forecast says. A much greater chance of seeing nothing.

Ravens94
please compare the last 4 GFS runs at 18 and 24 http://www.txtornado.net/GFS/new_500_gfs_all_18.htmYou can see the constant want to amplify this more Also 18Z going behind the energy for once and trying to turn it towards negative. Definitely some more interaction this run again. Storm looks beast offshore

Sparky
I'll be surprised if I even see flurries from the low. Maybe as the front approaches I could eek out a few though.

Kat
Gfs is a hair stronger and deepening a little more quickly. Don't think it will be enough to make any difference though.

Ravens94
Just for the record, what are your hopes for the best case scenario at this point? From this morning "I personally think Central MD down into northern VA will get some decent snow showers going tomorrow. But Eastern VA-MD-DE is 100% Game with the coastal storm. this thing clearly isn't going to the fishes anymore and even if it does not directly impact central MD-Northern VA the moisture from that storm will be slamming into the area. Id like to see the strengthening and sharpness at 500 continue"

Herb@MAWS
The clouds look like they're moving NE but the precip in NE Tx and Southern Arkansas looks like it's getting shunted to the SE. http://www.accuweather.com/en/us/national/weather-radar-rs?play=

Jebman
This could end up developing into a bit more snow for N VA/DE/MD than progged. Always try for as much optimism as you can. Even tho it can be challenging in a season such as this one. The snow is coming. OUR SNOW.
