I'm standing outside on 120th at about 150' elevation and have drizzle with a couple flakes mixed in from time to time. Tatamy Posted January 12, 2016 Share Posted January 12, 2016 Check out the winds associated with that line of snow squalls across central PA. There are winds to 30 - 50kts shown on the storm relative velocity screen. If this was the summer State College would probably be issuing Severe Thunderstorm warnings for this line.
