snowstormcanuck
Main synoptic thrust winding down. Looks like a storm total just a bit under 4", barring any wrap-around squalls later. For a clipper, you can't ask for much more.

TravisWx
Getting some nice LE bands from Lake Huron in Rogers City right now. NE/E winds maybe will last a few more hours. Then we'll be cut off. Fingers crossed for another 2-3 inches before it ends.

Pretty typical to see that in strong Ninos...a corridor or two that does pretty well with widespread suckage elsewhere in the region. The area including ORD seems to be in a favored zone thus far. Geos
Seems like some you guys pulled an all nighter! I guess that's what it takes witness snow falling. Very uniform amounts over most of Chicagoland. http://cocorahs.org/Maps/GetMap.aspx?state=IL&county=CK&type=snow&date=01/12/2016&cp=0 Had to shovel through some 4-6" drifts this morning.
