It's funny how ten years ago I would have despised a day like today near 60F in mid winter.

Now, ten years older, I don't mind these days in the least.

Moral of the story, I guess there is a little warmista even in the weeniest of snow weenies.

I still hate it in the winter, but where I've changed is wanting and enjoying the HHH in summer. I always liked it warm in summer , but as you age you want more heat and dews in summer. And just like I despise warmth in winter, I despise chill in summer

As I age, I most certainly do not want more heat and dews in summer.

But I'm ok with this mild winter. I have lots of other pursuits to occupy my time if snow storms aren't available for tracking.

As I've aged all the way to 31, I find myself likewise not liking heat and humidity, but also not enjoying deep Arctic outbreaks. I've come to enjoy less extreme temperatures on a daily basis for working outdoors.

Those abnormal weather anomalies are nice once in a while like a heat wave or -30F morning, but not like weeks of that stuff.

I've never liked warmth in the winter, but I also hate cold with bare ground.

For whatever reason I've been finding arctic cold and no snow a lot more annoying in recent years than these mild winter days. At least today it was almost euphoric outside with comfy temps and sunshine on the slopes. 40F and sun felt like a Colorado day.
