For the area to get substantial ice, it needs to be 31F or lower.. 27-30F and light rain best.. and not sure we are going to get that cold. From what I just looked at on a weather site, we aren't predicted to go 32 or under until like 5 am Sat morn. By then the storm is mostly over.
