dynamics are going to get more interesting in north texas the next few hours. not only do we have the current supercells near/east of i-35, but the cold front is now slicing from east of Denton to Downtown Ft Worth, 1/2 way between Granbury and Cleburne, and just past Comanche towards San Saba. When this front passes, the storms become elevated with a large hail threat. But get some supercells bumping into this front, things may get worse before they get better. Also, I hope someone noted the 95kt ob at Waxahatchie airport as the supercell passed through.

i know everyone's looking at the Rockwall storm and rightfully so. but anyone keeping an eye on the rotating cell about to pass just east of Love FIeld? that's headed towards Shepton and Plano.

saw that one too. that's going to rock someone east of the metroplex beltway in the next 60 mins. hope all the EM crews in the east side keep this in mind.
