aldie 22
I'm actually pretty excited about the fact that the warm lovers will get to stay inside and watch the warm rain. I'm also calling BS on CWG if Christmas day hits 70 but it's at 2am or something

BTRWx
I can't sing, but... Oh, the blow-torch in the East is frightfulAnd the heat, so un-delightfulBecause we're home suffering in painThe rain is lame, the rain is lame, the rain is lame There's some hope in the long-range patternBut we all must wait for it to happenThis is not some silly gameThe rain is lame, the rain is lame, the rain is lame There may be some hope in sightDo not count the weather models outI do not want this to be a fightOr all the forecasters will pout They must all work togetherThe torch cannot last foreverThis isn't just about gaining fameThe rain is lame, the rain is lame, the rain is lame
snownut
Okay my last trolling... Super Nino rocks . yesterday's photo leaving the parking lot at Mt Bachelor. Snow is just above first floor level of lodge in back ground. 12" or more since I took photo. If it wasn't raining and I still lived in VA I'd be golfing today. Enjoy your warm Christmas. BTRWx
Whenever I make a serious post, I am always worried someone like Bob, Wes, Ian, or any of the other mets will just respond by saying "WxWatcher, you're an idiot, go back to posting gifs and running The Panic Room." I don't know why, but I do. Random thoughts today by WxWatcher007 I feel your pain.

mattie g
Picked up four corny kegs ten days ago and I'm now on a mission to build a kegerator. I've been watching videos and checking online sales on regulators, manifolds, and taps. I really only want to get top-of-the-line parts so I don't have to worry about them crapping out on me. It's a matter of pulling the trigger now. Plan is for a three-tap kegerator with one keg in reserve. Last piece will likely be the actual fridge. More beer = less care about torch winter. mattie g
You down here in SC for the holiday? No...but it feels like I am! Actually, it's warmer than most Thanksgivings I've spent down there, and definitely warmer than any of the couple Christmases that I've had there. Hope everything is going well for you and your dad! We can't do anything but there is a man who wears a red suit and lives in a place where 850s and 2m temps are never an issue....he might be able to help
Bob Chill
My dad is doing much better after a couple of bumps in the road. He will be able to come home for Christmas Eve and Christmas day, and we're hoping he is released from his physical rehab facility by the new year. It was the best news I got all year when I heard that he was well enough to be home on Christmas morning. Glad to hear it and enjoy the time together. Family time is what this week is all about. I'm sure being at home for it after being in a hospital is a really big deal for your pops.

Srain
68 here, need a little sun to really pop the temps. We hit 80F here yesterday with full sunshine. Good day to get the final backyard work completed before the big Winter Storm sweeps across the area this weekend. Springtime to a Blizzard. Looks like the pattern is indeed transitioning. Merry Christmas Wes!
