1.0" was my total measured (by my daughter) for the 19th storm in Clarksburg. 1.1" was measured 1200m to my south and 1.8" 6 miles to my east so I'm pretty confident in the measurement.

Brings the seasonal total in Clarksburg to 46.4".

I probably would have done the same in your position.  I was definitely a low outlier.

It doesn't help that there isn't much data to support some spots. Even with the overwhelming amount of Cocorahs and Coops around, some just weren't accurate and only recorded one or two events. So I had to throw a lot of data out.
