RyanDe680
This has been on the models for at least the past 2 days that I have noticed. Some decent rainfalls here, coupled with some melting. Early in the season, so the ground is not rock solid, but still worth watching.
Hoosier
Been some hints of cold enough air trying to sneak in on the back side for some form of wintry precip. Whether that would affect anyone in our region is another matter.
Chitown Storm
That low needs to kick out of the plains a bit quicker than the models are currently showing in order for there to be much wintry precip. I'd love a T-day winter storm but right now it appears to be mostly rain.

Brewers
The GFS continues to be an outlier by progressing the northern stream eastward 6-12 hours quicker than the rest of guidance. I think there is a good shot at accumulating snow but the heaviest totals set up to the south and east of the metro.
IWXwx
Two whiffs to the south for you in November? Kind of rare, isn't it?
RyanDe680
GFS is showing some backside snow now.... NAM...
Chitown Storm
GFS is definitely on the southern end of guidance. Other models are a bit further north with snow into the metro. Won't be a big snow producer, but it should ensure we don't go snowless into December for the first time since '63.
Geos
Looks like DLL could score some snow from this system. 12z GFS says a dusting for Brewers. 2" amounts for rain are shrinking back to the south. Still enough rain to cause some flooding issues where snow cover lies.
Brewers
Two whiffs to the south for you in November? Kind of rare, isn't it? Sure is...We average 9 inches of snow in Nov so its not supposed to be snowless month.
Geos
That NAM brought the snow further NW towards the Twin Cities.
Chitown Storm
0z 12km NAM still showing a decent hit. A tad further NW towards the TC.
ClicheVortex2014
Now that I look at it... this is a hell of a setup, even though it's gonna dump nothing but rain on us. You have the eastern Pacific TS... a 1044mb mid-Atlantic high pumping that moisture northeastward in a huuuuuuuuuuuge clockwise circulation... and a 1043mb Arctic high behind all of this. Pretty crazy.
cyclone77
Have had several close CGs hit in the last half hour. Been a very noisy morning. Already picked up 0.30". Kind of funny to think that this time last week we hadn't seen a single flake yet this season. In a weeks time we went from not seeing a flake yet, to an 8"+ snowstorm, and to bare ground again. Other than a few small piles left you'd have had no idea we had any snow. The grass is even still green lol. Happy Thanksgiving everyone. EDIT: Up to a half inch of rain now as of 10am. Chitown Storm
Rip city snow here right now. Pure white everywhere. Up to a few inches expected, especially if things stay ramped up. Happy Thanksgiving all!

Rain is just about to start here. .01" from a shower earlier. Grass dulled slightly, but is still green here as well. Rivers looked high late yesterday afternoon, so hopefully there won't be flooding today of all days! Have a feeling will go through more wild swings like this. 4km NAM has some higher streaks of rain amount over 1.5" embedded.
