A-L-E-K Posted November 21, 2015 Share Posted November 21, 2015 Definitely some enhancement occurring in Lake/Cook Co's per radar. yeah, you don't need easterly low level flow for lake enhanced mesoscale banding, we see that all the time rates really ramping up here, i think the heavy rates are doing work cooling the low levels. just pouring big boys. Ratios have to be well under 10:1 with these fine flakes. Better returns can't seem to make it up here. 8"+ looking a little iffy at this point, but there is a long way to go. 1" of snow in almost 2.5hrs.
