Yes... uppers = upper levels. Unfortunately, for now, the cold looks to focus on New England...hopefully the flow will retrograde a bit. Still pretty far out in time. When it comes to track we are certain to be talking about a few hundred mile shifts here and there in the snow band until at least tuesday.
