Stinkbugspecialist
Moderate snow here in plum. Not sticking to street. It would have nice if it was a little colder.
north pgh
In Tarentum. Snowing much lighter. Looks like maybe an inch. Temp is 33 so roads and sidewalks mostly just wet. Had some bad side roads but turnpike and 28 were mostly just wet (although accident on 28 at new ken exit) went through a heavier band around monroeville. jwilson
I feel like it has been a while since we've had "real" snow on President's Day. Maybe we're due? I wasn't living in this area for the 1994 storm, but I'd definitely like to see something like that where our entire region gets the bullseye. RitualOfTheTrout
Close to something big. Real close. Looks good. I'd feel better if other models showed something closer to this in the next day or so. Just hope its not a case of the Euro being to amped up in the long range. north pgh
Back home. 3 inches here. Wet and heavy to shovel. It looks like a nice band came into the Northern suburbs this morning getting my area some decent snowfall. Driving today was pretty good with the temps where they were. Mostly wet. You could see the differences in snow fall while driving today but it looks like everyone got a few inches. NWS was pretty much on. The temps are falling so I am sure things will be getting slick tonight.

RitualOfTheTrout
Some snow should re develop later this evening as the upper low pin wheels through. Then we should get some LES showers and another shortwave should enhance snow showers again tomorrow so probably safe to say another 1-3 on the way between now and tomorrow evening. Maybe we get lucky and finally see a bigger storm that gets us all.
