But really I remember a storm last year or the year before the SREFS kept showing a good solution and didn't give in to other guidance for awhile. Hopefully this time its onto a trend.

I know I'll regret saying this later this winter, but I wouldn't mind having to deal with that right now. At least we would know we were in the good qpf.

My goodness...and remember, this is after it collapsed south. This is after the GFS also lurched north and west at 18z, and the GFS ensembles showed 6 inches when they showed nothing for three days.

 

Can we pull off a miracle???

 

BTW, Bethelpark, the NAM gives you a biblical storm, congrats!
