RyanDe680
That Princeton supercell might be a monster. It's killing me that I can't see the velocity with the Des Moines radar. Gotta be rain wrapped

ClicheVortex2014
Gotta be rain wrapped Ugh, yeah... it's usually not this bad... but I suppose since the winds associated with the storms are so strong, I can understand why there's some noise. On top of that frustration, OU's internet just isn't cutting it. I miss my home Wifi

Hoosier
Given the way things are unfolding and with some of these storms putting down tornadoes without being warned, wouldn't be surprised if we end up with a decent localized tornado outbreak at least. Chinook
At this point in time, the DMX radar showed a rotational couplet south of the southwest-facing runway at Des Moines Airport. the METAR indicated tornado in the vicinity, to the northeast, moving northeast (I think.) . Indystorm
The radar hole near Kirksville MO is certainly annoying. For us central IN Hoosiers I'd watch the storms now developing along the Mississippi River from St. Louis down to Cairo moving ne. Sometimes warm frontal storms with an increase in dews/instability can hold some surprises at night. Dews in far southern IL are currently in the upper 50's.
