Picked up 1.97" today which brings me to a monthly total of 5.57".

On a side note: My wife hydroplaned her CRV today. She hit a big puddle at 45mph and ended up on her drivers side in someone's yard. Her vehicle was heavily damaged but she came thru with just a sore thumb.

Looks like today is a classic case of downsloping down-wind of the apps in NE GA. Normally cooler Gainesville is the warmest site in N GA this afternoon with 67, even beating Athens' 66! Numerous obs in NE GA nearing 70 (that can be trusted) and there's still a couple more hours of peak heating to go. This can't be good for our November depatures. Thankfully this should be our warmest day for a long while.

Currently 63F after a high of 65F.  CAE is reporting 68F, I'm sure they will report a high of at least 70F considering they are always 5 degrees warmer than every other station in the surrounding area.

I had 3" of rain from the storms the other night putting November at over 8 inches, and well over 30" for the past 2 months.
