donsutherland1 Posted December 2, 2015 Share Posted December 2, 2015 NYC has to average 44.1 to tie the record set in 2001 for the warmest December...the NWS normal number is 37.5 but the average monthly 30 year 1980-2010 number is 37.9... The average temperature at Newark this past meteorological fall (Sept, Oct, Nov) has broke the record for warmest. Average temp : 60.8° The average temperature at JFK this past meteorological fall (Sept, Oct, Nov) has broke the record for warmest. Average temp : 61.1° The average temperature at Islip this past meteorological fall (Sept, Oct, Nov) has broke the record for warmest. Average temp : 58.6° The average temperature at LaGuardia this past meteorological fall (Sept, Oct, Nov) has tied the record for warmest. Average temp : 61.9° The average temperature at Central Park this past meteorological fall (Sept, Oct, Nov) has tied the record for warmest.
