Heavy Rain Threat - 10/28-29

This was always supposed to JP NW areas and has performed exactky as advertised

Agree-but several models (RGEM AND GFS) also had CT and LI getting those same rains,2-3 inches(and many with a western CT jackpot) and so far, we're nowhere close.  West of NY, yes, east of NY not even close so far-maybe this last batch delivers?

Last batch? This isn't over until after 3-4am. Several more rounds to go.

The squall line in S NJ is our best chance for heavy rains and mixing down some of these winds--the stuff after that looks hit or miss and then maybe one last squall line as the CF moves through

I guess it's all relative to location. Over 2" here and still pouring with gusty winds and embedded thunder.
