smoof
I had my first few very wet half melted snowflakes this morning mixed in with some graupel. When the line of showers along the cold front came through around midnight, the wind was roaring loud enough to wake me up, must have been gusting around 50mph. Then this morning I saw a medium sized tree in my backyard snapped in half and is kind of hanging there laying against another tree not completely on the ground yet. cyclone77
No flakes here. Just windy and cold with a few spits of drizzle now and then. Last year's first flakes fell extremely early on Oct 4th. With no cold in the forecast we may go well over 1.5 months later than last year's first flakes.
