Quincy Posted October 7, 2015 Share Posted October 7, 2015 Discrete thunderstorms developed in the eastern Texas panhandle on the afternoon of September 20th, 2015. A few storms became supercells and produced damaging winds and some hail. Although some of the storms displayed clear rotation, the low-level shear was not strong enough to produce any tornadoes.
