wxdude64
Had another 0.35 +- since 7 am and still raining at a good rate, well over 2 inches now since it started, NWS Blackburg just threw up some flood advisories for counties to my SE where they have gotten 3-4 inches of rain. I'm enjoying watching cams out in CO where son is of the whiteness, wishing it was here or I was there.

smokeybandit
Such clear air today. I could see the JLENS balloons at APG perfectly clearly in Columbia. Can't recall seeing them more than once before from here (although maybe I just wasn't looking). You won't be seeing them clearly for a while since one escaped and is currently floating north. http://www.foxnews.com/us/2015/10/28/2-fighter-jets-track-jlens-blimp-that-has-broken-free-its-tether-in-maryland/

BlizzardNole
This heavy rain band has been intense! I guess once the growing/gardening season ends, we're no longer the desert zone. I woulda been nice to have just half of this evening's rain for that whole month back in summer.
