Suppose overall even there you might want to run to the cooler end at least while testing the waters to see how they play to actual. Worried we were going to end up 'warm' today before clouds exploded, even so both DCA and IAD spiked for a bit. 59 and 58 respectively... of course while DCA was showing 59 it was 55/54 at all the closest wxbugs. After posting that, I saw some lows on the Eastern Shore never got below 50F. These stations were right on the Bay. Maybe the NW winds brought warm air off the water? KHEF which seems to run cold hit 30..there is a nearby local station that hit the same so that's what I will go with.
