CanadianGuy
Color change has progressed very quickly this week with cooler weather and frosty nights. Most of the trees are in partial or full color. I'm betting we'll be at peak by next Monday.
michsnowfreak
I'd guess peak is 2 weeks away.
Gilbertfly
What is left of the locusts leaves are completely yellow...the rest of the trees still look like summer...except for a few maples who look to be pondering starting to change a bit

michsnowfreak
It was a dark, cloudy October day. The color is certainly exploding, but as I was driving down the street this tree stood out from way down the road. snapped a pic as I drove by. The blur makes it an interesting shot lol. I expect the next 2-3 weeks will be autumn in all its glory.

Gilbertfly
Great pics guys...I got to see a bit more color change today being at the Morton Arboretum with their vast array of species. Otherwise, things are definitely starting to change a bit locally...trees look like they are slowly giving in.

CanadianGuy
What a horrible color season... The leaves on my neighborhood's sugar maples turned from green and yellow to brown and dropped in three days I didn't even get an opportunity to take some good pictures. Well, there's always next year. Sent from my XT1563
